Terms of service

Service: Doorman is provided as a Shopify app to identify and block bot traffic on the merchant's storefront. Beta access is offered free of charge for the first six months for the founding cohort.

Acceptable use: Doorman must be used in compliance with applicable anti-discrimination laws and may not be used to discriminate against legitimate shoppers, or as a substitute for fraud protection on payment instruments.

Liability: Doorman is provided as-is during beta. Final SLA and uptime commitments will be defined in the v1 terms before the app exits beta.
